Dhiah Syafitri
Dhiah is a Civil Engineering graduate with a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Management from Universitas Indonesia, bringing consulting experience in project preparation, feasibility studies, financial modeling, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) advisory. Her background combines technical infrastructure knowledge with practical transaction-advisory experience, enabling her to support clients through the full project preparation cycle, from research and financial analysis to bid and tender management.
Her experience spans PPP and non-PPP infrastructure projects across the transportation, water supply, waste management, housing, and healthcare sectors. Dhiah took the lead on several preliminary studies and advisory assignments for government and multilateral clients, while coordinating cross-functional teams of experts and managing client relationships. She holds a BNSP-certified Junior Specialist qualification in Public-Private Partnership (Ahli Pratama KPBU).

Experience
Directed the Preliminary Study of the PPP Project for the Provision of ASN Housing under the Ministry of Finance, serving as Person-in-Charge (PIC).
Led assistance in the implementation of a PPP Project in the Port Sector.
Headed the Financial and Technical Consultancy Services for the Preparation and Transaction of the SPAM Denpasar PPP Project.
Spearheaded the development of a suitable funding scheme for an Urban Bus System.
Oversaw the preparation of feasibility studies for the relocation of 4 (four) Pertamedika hospitals.
Led the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cooperation with regional and corporate waste management and transportation businesses, covering procurement, tender, performance evaluation, payment, and contract-extension processes, including facilitating related interviews and coordination meetings.
Supported the development and evaluation of bids, proposals, and tender documents, and worked closely with Financial Experts on financial modeling for infrastructure and PPP transactions.
