Led by 17 partners & principals and supported by more than 60 professionals, Arghajata Consulting provides services in strategy & execution, organization & performance improvement, corporate finance, information technology & process transformation and assurance & accounting.

History of Arghajata

In July 2005, a group of professionals, put their efforts together and established a new financial and management consulting firm known then as New IndoConsult Utama. For more than four years the firm worked with clients solving their business challenges, including turn around, improve performance or transform their organizations.

Following the shifts and changes in the marketplace as well as internal growth and different aspirations of individual partners, in 2009 the firm was restructured and an enhanced business model was put in place which was centered around the objective to enable the firm to strengthen its core service lines, provide more clarity and in turn, enhance the service quality to the firm's valued clients.

As part of the restructuring, on 17 July 2009 PP Arghajata Consulting (Arghajata Consulting) was established and is positioned to carry forward the consulting business of IndoConsult Utama. Partners and all professional-consultants have now been transitioned to Arghajata Consulting.

Arghajata Consulting provides integrated services in the areas of management-consulting, corporate finance advisory, assurance & accounting, and focuses on selected key industries in Indonesia.

In September 2009, Arghajata Consulting signed an agreement with Booz & Company, previously known as Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading global management-consulting firm with more than 3,300 staff worldwide.
